Courageous Leadership For Complex Times

NOVEMBER 2,2022

WELCOME BACK to our second year of Women in Leadership (WinL) programming!

Our current WinL theme is THRIVE.  Providing value-based, professional development and change, we can take flight and THRIVE. Attendees of this years’ programming will share experiences, learn from speakers and peers, and build a professional network of likeminded women leaders. With specific focus on the challenges, needs and opportunities unique to women leaders, attendees will be provided with tools to enhance their roles as leaders. THRIVE will offer attendees fresh perspectives and new insight into who they want to be professionally and personally.

This two-part course will begin with the Courage to Invest in Your Own Sustainability. We’ll dive into well-being theory to provide participants with an evidence-based framework for healthy striving. Following part one, we’ll look at Supportive Practices to Thrive addressing real issues like saying no, setting boundaries, and finding the courage to identify what you want vs. waiting to see what you can have.
