Note: The DRAFT sign plan is a concept of recommendations about where signs might be placed AND what messages would best fit that location. There are more recommendations than would eventually be at those locations, the Draft Sign Plan is a starting point from which to being to prioritize the Plan. The Draft Sign Plan also is prepared as IF there were no signs at those locations (like starting with a clean slate). The Draft Sign Plan does not take into account the current sign messages. Using the Draft Sign Plan the community could begin to make choices about which messages should be at each location.
