To enroll for the first time…
There are three versions of the course – one for employees at restaurants, one for employees at hotels and lodging properties, and one for employees at retail and other service establishments.

– Once you’ve chosen which course to take, create your own sign-in information so you can return to finish the course later if needed.
– You will be required to complete the course evaluation to receive your certificate.

INFORMATION FOR EMPLOYEES
As an employee of one of the area’s businesses, you are the most important part of customer service in the South Shore. We hope this program answers some of your questions and starts a dialogue between you, your boss and your co-workers to raise the standard of customer service in the South Shore. Employees who complete this program will be eligible for a rewards card offering discounts at many local businesses. In addition to the discount program, once a year, TahoeChamber.org will recognize a local individual who has gone above and beyond to provide extraordinary customer service in an everyday situation.
Getting Your Rewards Card
Once you’ve completed the program and course evaluation and earned your certificate, please email us and we will get your card created**. Check out the list of participating businesses here.

INFORMATION FOR EMPLOYERS
We encourage local businesses to give preferential hiring to graduates of the Peak Performance Program and to allow current employees to complete the program during their work hours. Business owners in other participating mountain communities said,
