About Us

The Hospice team provides comfort and relieves symptoms of those who are terminally ill. We work with each person, their family and their Physician to determine the most beneficial treatment. Interested individuals and families can contact Barton Hospice directly without a Physician's referral for questions about our program. We can answer your questions in person or over the phone. The Home Health team works with home-bound patients who cannot travel and are in need of health care and includes the following specialties (state licensed, federally certified, and Joint Commission accredited):
Registered Nurses
Rehab Services (Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy)
Medical Social Workers
Home Health Aides

Our Home Health Care provides high quality, cost effective, compassionate care using the latest technology, and is appropriate for people who need assistance not easily provided by family members or friends.
