• Staff Assistant, Intern Position

    Job Description
    The Staff Assistant performs a variety of general support duties to Chamber staff. The Staff Assistant will report to the Director of Operations and will serve as support staff for Chamber general and signature events. Event support duties consist of data entry, mailings, and working as event staff. The Staff Assistant will also assist the Chamber Marketing and Communications Coordinator in marketing efforts such as calendar listings, sourcing content for social and digital marketing as well as updating website information. 

    The Staff Assistant's hours vary depending on the weekly work load. The minimum hours worked per week will be 16 with more hours assigned to work event days. The schedule is flexible and can be negotiated depending on the candidate's needs.
