Booth Cost: $300.00 Shared Booth Cost: $330.00 ($165.00 per business) |
Booth Information
- The booth size is 8 x 10 feet.
- Includes one draped 8’ table and a sign with your business name.
- Additional tables must be ordered in advance ($10.00 each).
- Electricity must be requested ($25.00).
Community Circle Booth: $75.00 Shared booth space for small South Shore non-profit groups. |
Registration Details
- Booths will be assigned on a first paid basis.
- The last day for registration and payment is February 19th.
- Each booth will receive a total of six admission tickets.
- An auction item is required from each exhibiting vendor and must have a minimum value of $75.00.

Exhibit Hall Details
- Exhibit setup begins at 2:00PM and CLOSES at 3:30PM SHARP!
- A map noting locations will be created for attendees.
- Please plan to be CREATIVE and INTERACTIVE in your booth. Use your space and technology to draw people into your booth.
- Product sales are encouraged and we hope that you will take orders and provide a take-home momento for attendees.
- Exhibits and sales must be contained within the exhibit space.
- The Lake Tahoe South Shore Chamber of Commerce and Harveys will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injry for any cause to exhibitor, exhibitors’ employees or property. The exhibitor will be held financially liable for any damage they may cause.
- The exhibit hall breakdown is scheduled from 8:00PM to 9:30PM.
