The South Tahoe Restaurant Association is hosting a roundtable discussion, join your hospitality colleagues to discuss the topics that can make or break your business. We will break into discussion groups to share ideas, best practices, and current challenges. The objective of the roundtable is to create policies & strategies that can help to strengthen the South Shore restaurant industry.

Each of the topic discussions will be no longer than 25 minutes. Each group will capture the results of their discussion on poster paper and spend no more than 2 minutes reporting out to the other teams for further questions and discussion.
