Entrepreneurs Assembly
Are you starting a business? Are you overwhelmed by a new business or bleeding money into your business? Entrepreneurs Assembly (EA), an award-winning mentor program that assists budding and existing entrepreneurs, is here to help! EA begins its free monthly program on October 1 at Lake Tahoe Community College (LTCC). Sponsored by LTCC, Tahoe Chamber and the Future Business Leaders, the ongoing program occurs from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. on the first Thursday of the month. Entrepreneurs Assembly is a Nevada not-for-profit corporation dedicated to educating and facilitating entrepreneurs in creating and growing their businesses. The program, which has assisted over 250 unique entrepreneurs in only three years, guides individuals when beginning a new business and taking control of a business while forming real strategies that produce real results. EA features knowledgeable mentors to assist program participants to more easily begin a business and earn more money. This is accomplished by creating virtual incubators, which empower entrepreneurs and small business owners to originate successful business opportunities in their communities. Their effective facilitation processes and working sessions incorporate best business practices, educational leadership, mentoring and peer learning resulting in new and more productive businesses. The Entrepreneurs Assembly is an official Reno Accelerator, as recognized by the City of Reno, the State of Nevada and the BattleBorn Fund. Matt Westfield and Rod Hosilyk founded the Entrepreneurs Assembly Inc. in August 2010 as a non-profit 501 C 3 to help get Nevada back on its feet by promoting job growth through entrepreneurial ventures.
